I’ve put the Daredevil Framing Blade in a lot of people’s hands, and I’ve heard a lot of great things about it from them. One of the best parts about my job is when I get to put awesome, brand new products in peoples hands. Daredevil saw blades is one of those products.
During some of the field testing that we did before launching that blade, I heard lots of things like:
“This is the best blade I have ever used; I use a lot of blades in my profession. After a day of cutting treated 2 x 6s, the blade is still very sharp.” – Bruce Rutledge
It’s great to hear agreement from Handy Magazine, and the Handyman Club of America. I’d like to hear a little more agreement from the readers here, so the first 25 readers who make a comment about what you expect out of a saw blade will get a free Daredevil saw blade. I’ll contact the winners next week to get your shipping info.

Bosch's Daredevil framing blade made a strong appearance at WOC as a key contributor to applications like form building.
The Bosch WOC booth had a ton of tools and accessories for testing – check out what @ToolGuyd* had to say about the Daredevil saw blades and Bulldog hammer bits: http://toolguyd.com/new-bosch-tools-accessories-woc-2012/

Creativity comes in many forms – even foam. Frank Bovio from Sicklerville, NJ used that philosophy to win week two of the Work Hard, Play Hard challenge. I’m anticipating that his seven-foot man of foam is a hobby and not a business, but who knows. Maybe he’s found an underground market. And he mentioned that a foam man will actually reduce your carbon footprint and can provide company in the car pool lanes, so it’s a functional solution. Be sure to keep that creativity flowing in these final two weeks of competition. We’re looking for examples of people who put it “all in” whether they’re working on the job or playing hard at home. Are you a daredevil?
